5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out directly — they can only be used for playing.
• vg999 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if multiple accounts or unfair advantages are used.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games — refer to the terms stated in each offer.

5.4 VIP Program

vg999's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits increase at higher tiers. VIP tier benefits apply to that account only and are non-transferable.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on vg999 are governed by set rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or on the relevant help page.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a technical error causes a problem in any game, vg999 reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, the system will automatically restore the last saved state.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be considered the final proof.

For sports betting, winnings will be credited to the account only after the result is confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the funds returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits unfairly.
• Compliance with a court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
